Pacific Custom Materials / TXI Emissions Data & Annual Compliance Certification

The following monthly emission reports have been provided by Pacific Custom Materials as part of their January 2004 settlement with the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District. In January 2007 Pacific Custom Materials began reporting Oxides of Nitrogen (NOx) and Carbon Monoxide (CO) emissions.

 

Pacific Custom Materials’ Title V Permit requires that they submit an Annual Compliance Certification to the District. PCM’s 2007 Certification is provided below in three parts (PCM ACC part 1, 2 and 3).
