VCAPCD is providing grants of up to 100% of costs to install and operate EV chargers along the Highway 126 corridor that are accessible to the public or an organization's employees. Public and private entities including government agencies, school districts, colleges, businesses and nonprofits are eligible.

This program administered by the Community Housing Development Corp. with funding from the California Air Resources Board (CARB) provides grants to low-income residents for EVs and chargers and financing.
