By calling 1-(888) 604-7888, 24 hours a day/7 days a week. You will need to have the invoice on hand. You will be asked to give the Payment Location Code (PLC) below.

Pay Online

You will need the invoice containing the following information:

Type of payment you are making. Click the appropriate link below.
Invoice number.
Facility number or Permit number.
Be sure to pay the exact amount on the invoice. If you are paying multiple invoices, enter the additional invoices in the comments section. The amount being paid must be the total of all the amounts due on the invoices.
A service charge of 2.75% (3.00 minimum fee) for credit/debit cards and $2.00 for e-check will be charged.
A fee of $35.00 will be assessed by VCAPCD for any returned e-check payment.
Allpaid is a private credit and debit card processing company and will be the Merchant of Record for all payments made to the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District through Allpaid.
